We found Hayward Services to be a breath of fresh air. Immediately on appointment they set about improving standards. Since then, they have provided ongoing support to the site management and consistently delivered an excellent standard of cleaning in our buildings. In addition, this radical improvement has been provided at a lower cost than our previous contract and with cleaning staff receiving better pay.
